What do you think is the greatest contribution of the Senior Inspect service?
“The greatest contribution and innovation compared with other systems is the option to use the service outside of the client‘s home. The users feel secure in the knowledge in that they will be aided by experienced professionals, wherever they are, whenever necessary (due to a fall, sudden health problem, medicinal advice, mental support etc.)! The users are not alone, they can call for help, and that has a positive effect on their mental state even when their health is not so great.”
What type of senior would you recommend the system to?
“I think that there or no restrictions there. The Senior Inspect system can be used not only by seniors, but also by the handicapped. And I can easily imagine single mothers on maternal leave using a similar product. In case they need advice or if they have problems with their or their baby‘s health, this system could be beneficial to them.”
Do you think that this service really can help seniors?
“Definitely. I‘ll give you an example, one of my clients who used a system that was limited to her house only. The client began staying at home more and more, so as to have the certainty that someone would help her if she were to fall or have some sudden problem. The client was offered participation on the testing of the Senior Inspect system. Thanks to that, the client began going out again and renewing her former activities, because she now has the certainty that when she presses the red button, wherever she is, even outside the house, there will always be someone to help her. So the system considerably improves the quality of life of seniors and handicapped alike.”
